Payment Methods

Checkout at Aloveta is designed to be simple and secure. We accept the payment methods displayed to you at checkout. Availability can vary by country or region, currency, device, order value, and payment-provider eligibility.

Credit & Debit Cards

We accept major credit and debit cards displayed at checkout, which may include:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • UnionPay, where available

Digital Wallets

Depending on your device and location, checkout may also offer:

  • Shop Pay
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • PayPal, where enabled

Buy Now, Pay Later

Eligible customers may see a buy-now-pay-later option, such as Klarna or Afterpay, at checkout. These services are offered by third-party providers and are subject to their eligibility checks, terms, fees, and availability. If an option is not shown at checkout, it is not available for that order.

Secure Checkout

Payments are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout and approved payment providers. Payment information is encrypted during transmission. Aloveta does not store your complete card number on its own systems.

Currency & Possible Bank Fees

Orders are charged in {{STORE_CURRENCY}}, unless checkout clearly displays and confirms a different presentment currency. Your bank, card issuer, wallet provider, or payment service may apply currency-conversion, cross-border, or other fees. These fees are set by the provider and are not charged by Aloveta.

Payment Authorization

Payment is collected when you place your order, unless the payment method shown at checkout states otherwise. If a payment is declined or cannot be authorized, the order will not be completed. Please check your billing details, available funds, card settings, or select another method shown at checkout.

For fraud prevention and account security, we or our payment providers may request additional verification. We may cancel or hold an order if payment cannot be verified, subject to applicable law.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund Policy. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post a refund after it has been issued.
